Start with the system, not the symptom
A business audit should identify where outcomes are breaking before recommending fixes. Revenue weakness may come from demand, conversion, pricing, delivery capacity, retention or cash collection - and those require different interventions.
Audit six layers
Review customer/problem fit, offer, positioning, economics, acquisition/sales, and operating capacity. Mark every important input as verified, client-stated, estimated or unknown.
Find the decision
The output is not a list of everything that could improve. It is a ranked view of what matters now, what evidence is missing, and what action is most likely to change the outcome.
Proof before scale
Do not scale a new strategy because it sounds coherent. Define the metric that should move, the period in which it should move, and the threshold that would justify more investment.
Turn the framework into action.
Use a MetricBuilds digital toolkit or complete the Strategy Assessment if the decision requires an outside analysis.
