The normal MetricBuilds engagement is fixed-scope, asynchronous and digitally delivered.
Is a phone call required?
No. The standard process uses the Strategy Assessment, secure payment, structured client intake, written follow-up when essential, and digital delivery.
How do I know which package to buy?
You do not have to guess. Complete the Strategy Assessment and the problem is routed to the smallest appropriate starting engagement.
When does work begin?
After the required live payment has been verified and the applicable paid client intake is complete. A promise to pay or a sandbox/test transaction does not activate production.
What happens if information is missing?
Material gaps may trigger a specific written follow-up or an evidence block. Missing facts are not invented to keep the project moving.
How is the work delivered?
Digitally. Depending on scope, the output can include an audit, clarity memo, strategy brief, blueprint, metrics guidance, prioritized actions and a 30/60/90 roadmap.
Can I buy a large transformation immediately?
Large needs may begin with a T4 Venture Architecture Blueprint / Phase 1. Larger implementation or transformation work should be considered only after the problem, operating reality and proof requirements are clear.
Are business results guaranteed?
No. Strategy can improve clarity, decision quality and execution structure, but results depend on implementation, market conditions, data quality, timing and other factors outside MetricBuilds' control.
Is this legal, tax, accounting or investment advice?
No. MetricBuilds provides business strategy and operating guidance. Regulated or licensed professional matters should be reviewed with the appropriate qualified professional.
What if I want work outside my package?
Material additions are treated as new scope. The existing engagement should not silently expand beyond the purchased deliverable.
